Stadheim 2 is a 45m2 cabin near the Geiranger fjord and is one of 4 cabins available for rent near the village of Hellesylt. The larger village of Geiranger can be reached by a 50 minute scenic ferry trip. The Stadheim cabins are located in tranquil surroundings 2.5 km from the centre of Hellesylt where you will find shops, a bank, a grocery store and a Peer Gynt Museum. The cabin has an undisturbed location approximately 60 metres from Stadheim 1.
The cabin has 1 bedroom and sleeps up to 4 people. There is a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with heated floors a shower and a toilet.
Outside you will find a west facing veranda with outdoor furniture and there is space to park a car.
Stadheim 2 is in an excellent location fishing and hiking and also for experiencing a number of Norway’s famous tourist attractions. Just 30km away is the valley Norangsdalen with Union Øye Hotel, and 80km away is Ålesund, considered to be one of Norway’s most beautiful cities. Day trips to Trollstigen and the Briksdalsbreen glacier are also recommended. You can also access cross country ski trails 5km from the cabin.
A 15 foot 5HP boat can be rented on request.
