Roomy living room with fire-place, couch and dining table. The kitchen located next to the living room provides all necessary utilities. Furthermore there is a own TV-room with couch and radio/CD.
Upstairs you´ll find a toilet for children (on the attic). The bathroom downstairs provides shower/ toilet and the additional sauna has a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms has a privat bathroom with shower/toilet

Electricity fee will apply if the electricity price exceeds NOK 6 per KW. You will then pay only for the electricity cost that exceeds NOK 6/kw. An extra deposit for this will in the case of these high prices (above 6kr/kwh) be required before arrival and it will be calculated in relation to consumption after the end of the stay.
In addition to the rent a security deposit will be charged depending on the cost of your stay. This is a security for final cleaning, replacement of keys and damage.
