A spacious and family-friendly cabin in Bussevika, Skjeberg, with stunning views and a short distance to the sea, idyllic small beaches, and forest areas. Here you can enjoy the coastal lifestyle all year round, just a short drive from Fredrikstad and even closer to the Swedish border.

Furuheimen offers a cozy living room with a fireplace and large windows that let in plenty of light and provide beautiful sea views. Outside, you’ll find a large west-facing terrace with excellent sun conditions and evening sun – perfect for relaxing from morning to night. The living room/kitchen area has a heat pump/air conditioning, and both lofts are equipped with air conditioning as well.

This is the ideal place to combine a cabin holiday with shopping in Sweden, as Svinesund is only a 20-minute drive away.

The cabin has five bedrooms with a total of 15 beds, a living room with fireplace and TV (smart TV that supports apps such as Netflix, Apple TV, etc., which can be used with your own subscription), two bathrooms with showers, and a washer/dryer combination. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the lofts. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and during summer you can also enjoy outdoor grilling. The built-in, sheltered outdoor space with dining area and heating elements in both ceiling lamps and overhead heaters offers a cozy atmosphere and a great view, even on cooler evenings. The cabin is well suited for extended families or groups traveling together. Around the property, you’ll also find several inviting seating areas surrounded by greenery and varied planting, perfect for enjoying both sun and view. Nearby, you’ll find shared facilities such as piers, small beaches, and a sand volleyball court, as well as great opportunities for swimming, hiking, and exploring the Coastal Path.

This is a well-maintained and characterful cabin where you can combine the tranquility of the archipelago with easy access to city life in Fredrikstad or Sweden – also by boat, if you have one.

The photos of the cabin were originally taken in connection with the change of ownership in 2020 and later supplemented after the extension of the cabin and increased number of beds. Some furniture has since been replaced or rearranged.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located in the lofts. Both lofts have air conditioning.

The cabin has a total of 15 beds, but dining table for 6-8 persons and sofa for 5-6 persons. 

Included in the rental is a 3.5-meter-wide boat slip for a boat up to 18 feet, located in a marina 300 meters from the cabin.
