Holiday house by sea in Skjaerhalden - Hvaler. It is idyllically located on a hill, within walking distance to the village centre of Skjærhalden and with a nice view towards Koster.
In Skjærhalden there is a grocer, kiosk, restaurants, shops etc. You can also bathe there or drive 5 min. to Storesand, the biggest and best sandy beach in Hvaler. Fredrikstad city is 30 km away.
The holiday house with annex has beds for up to 14 persons and is best suitable for families with children or groups with up to 10 adults.
The main house consists of 2 floors.

Loft living room with TV, DVD. Here 2-3 extra persons can sleep.
Exit to a balcony from one of the bedrooms.
Annex:
In the annex there is an open living room/kitchenette/loft and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Beds for up to 4 persons is available on a double sofa bed and with mattresses on the loft (low roof).
From around 20th of June to medio August, the cabin is rented out on a weekly basis, with arrival and departure on Fridays.

At this cabin final cleaning is mandatory and will be invoiced with your cabin reservation.
In addition to the rent a security deposit will be charged depending on the cost of your stay. This is a security for missing final cleaning, replacement of keys and damage.
NOK 1.000,- for rent up to NOK 5.000,-. NOK 2.000,- for cabin with rent up to NOK 10.000. NOK 3.000,-, for cabin with rent over NOK 10.000,-
This will be refunded after your stay.
