Polar cabin is a traditional Norwegian cabin situated in arctic nature at Vågnes, 20 km from Tromsø. This cabin is a perfect base for outdoor activities as hiking, birdwatching, fishing and much more. You can enjoy the Northern Lights right outside the door. Great skiing opportunities during winter time.
Polar cabin has spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. There is also an extra pit toilet with the most amazing view!
This cabin is a place where you can be active all day or just relax with a book, listen to the birds and nature outside. Enjoy the Northern-Norwegian nature at the Polar cabin.

During the summer time you have to go to the cabin via a forest road. In winter season use of snow shoes is necessary. It is around 1,5 km to walk from the parking lot. Snow shoes can be rented on the spot.

This is a cabin on request, which means we need to confirm availability with the owner/co-operating partner. A final confirmation will be sent within 24 hours (weekdays only).
Final cleaning and bed linen/towels are included in the price.
During the summer time you have to go to the cabin via a forest road.
During winter time parking lot is 1,5 km from the cabin and is necessary to use snow shoes. Snow shoes can be rented for NOK 150,- per pers per stay.
In addition to the rent a security deposit will be charged depending on the cost of your stay.
