Cabin by the Oslofjord with short distance to the sea. Storsand is a secluded location with a stunning view of the fjord. Here, you can enjoy wonderful summer days surrounded by nature. Cycling and hiking trails are available right outside the door.

The cabin is conveniently located just 40 km from Oslo, 30 km from Drammen, and 15 km from Drøbak. Nearby attractions include the Oscarsborg Museums, the Drøbak Aquarium, and Norway’s largest amusement park, Tusenfryd – all just a short drive away.

Oscarsborg Museums are only a 5-minute ferry ride from Drøbak. This beautiful and historic site consists of two small islands connected by a bridge. Visitors can explore five museums, the most famous being the Fortress Museum and the Torpedo Battery.

The cabin features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and an outhouse with a separation toilet (urine-diverting). It has electricity but no running water. Water is sourced either from a nearby well or from a tap installed on the outside wall of the cabin. Outside, there is a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying meals on warm summer days. Additionally, a wooden deck provides a comfortable spot to relax and take in the lovely fjord views

The cabin only has water in the summer. From late October until after Easter, guests must bring their own water.

There is only a summer road to the cabin. In winter, you must walk approximately 150 meters from the parking area. This path must be cleared of snow by the guest.
