Dyrhaug cabin

Description

Dyrhaug cabin is a beautiful cabin with a fantastic view, located by lake Krøderen, Noresund.

The cabin was built in 2008 and has 4 bedrooms, up to 8 people can sleep here. It has generous living accommodation and 2 bathrooms. The cabin also has an outdoor area with furniture and barbecue. You can reach the cabin via a year-round road.

There is 250 meters to the beach where you can swim and fish during the summer. Hiking trails are right outside the door. Bjørneparken in Flå, a park where you can see bears and other Norwegian animals, is just 30 minutes away.

During the winter it is possible to go cross country skiing on the frozen lake below the cabin, or in the mountain area behing the cabin. There are no groomed trails, but great terrain to go skiing in. Maybe try a snowshoe trip? If you want groomed cross-country trails, you will find these in Noresund, only 10 minutes drive by car. If you want to go further up the mountain, it is only 20 minutes to Norefjell where there are beautiful cross-country trails available. Here is also Norefjell Ski Center where there are alpine slopes for both adults and children.
